Known issues

On older iPad devices (iOS 5 and earlier) you need to use two fingers to scroll information in some boxes.

Jed videos currently require Flash Player, this is not available on the iPad, and most Android devices.

There are apps available for Android devices which will allow you to print to a wireless printer from your device.

If you try opening a password protected My Jed record on an Android device, you may get error messages. If you haven't added a password, then you can view your Jed Record.

We have tested First Jed on a range of tablets including iPad (iOS 5 and later), Nexus (Android 4.2 and later), and Linx tablet (Windows 8.1 and later). We suggest that you confirm that First Jed works to your satisfaction on your particular device before committing to a licence - we offer a free evaluation of our products which will enable you to do this. If you have any issues, or require any help with using First Jed on your tablet, please contact us.

Some Windows tablets come with a tablet edition of Windows, others come with a full version of Windows. If your tablet comes with a full version of Windows you will be able to install Jed to your tablet. Jed can be used from the internet on all Windows tablets.
